Colinas de São Lourenço, our flagship property, located in the small village of São Lourenço do Bairro, in the heart of Bairrada’s limestone fault line.

This is perfect, dream terroir.The property has 61 hectares of vineyards planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Arinto and Sauvignon Blanc.It is also here we produce our sparkling wines, Colinas, exploiting our fabulous limestone soil and using the traditional method of Champagne and the same grape varieties.

In this exclusive dinner Chef Ricardo Costa prepares a unique Tasting Menu whose dishes will be in full harmony with the wines selected for the occasion by the Wine Director of The Yeatman, Elisabete Fernandes together with the wine producer.
